These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Color of Soul website and any purchase of artwork made through it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
Products
Every painting listed on Color of Soul is an original or limited work, and images are provided for reference. Due to natural variations in screen calibration and the handmade nature of the medium, slight differences in colour and texture between the photograph and the physical piece may occur.
Pricing & Availability
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. As each painting is a unique, original work, availability is limited to one buyer per piece; in the rare event a work sells out before your order is confirmed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed directly through our checkout page — no account creation is required. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully verified.

Intellectual Property
All artwork images, descriptions, and site content are the property of Color of Soul and the respective featured artists, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Color of Soul is not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs issues, or events of force majeure.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
