Original Artwork — Final Sale
As each painting sold on Color of Soul is an original, one-of-a-kind work, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to review the painting's images, dimensions, and description carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your painting arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the details on our Contact page, along with:
- Your order ID and payment reference
- Clear photographs of the damaged artwork and the outer packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement where possible, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before the painting has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is subject to the damage policy above.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.
